The Moody Blues are coming.
The “Moody Blues” are making their first visit to New Zealand in April 2005. To celebrate this a “Nights in White Satin” has been organised for Saturday 8 January from 5pm to 8.30pm at Harcourt Park, Upper Hutt.
City Promotion Manager Paul Lambert who is an avid fan says he is only too pleased to organise a night where “Moody Blues” fans can bring their CD’s for play at the Harcourt Park Soundstage.
This meet-up of like minded people is expected to generate more events before the concert in April. Lambert adds that BBQ facilities are available at Harcourt Park or Brown Owl Fish and Chips shop is nearby. With a capacity audience of 4000 expected at the Concert at the Events Centre in Wellington, Lambert hopes for a good crowd at Harcourt Park.
