Bexley Wetlands community planting day postponed until 21 August
The Bexley Wetlands community planting day has been postponed a week to 21 August due to unfavourable ground conditions, rather than the scheduled 14 August.
The goal of the day is to establish native trees and shrubs supplied by the Parks and Waterways Unit of the Christchurch City Council and Trees For Canterbury.
The event is on Saturday 21 August, from 11am to 1pm at the Bexley Wetlands on Bexley Road.
