Free Friday lunchtime Concert, Friday June 4, 12.15 pm to 1.15pm, Cathedral Square
Described as "high octane", "invigorating" and "heaps of fun", six-piece band The Bubblemen will be playing a free concert in Cathedral Square this Friday lunchtime from 12.15pm to 1.15pm.
The Bubblemen are guaranteed to have something for everyone, playing songs by Queen, Cold Chisel, Elvis, Robbie Williams, Crowded House and many more top 40 crowd favourites.
James Lewis with Christchurch Entertainment Bureau describes them as a great party band.
' The Bubblemen are world famous in Christchurch as an immensely versatile fully 'live' 5 piece band,' he says. ' They have many collective years of professional experience providing entertainment and fun for all.'
Playing covers from the 60's through to the naughties and covering many music styles including Pop, Rock 'n' Roll, Country, Reggae, Disco Jazz and Celtic, The Bubblemen will be sure to liven up Cathedral Square this Friday.
