Rottweiller will be put down following attack on toddler
The person in charge of a rottweiller dog which injured a toddler in the Christchurch suburb of Russley yesterday afternoon (3 November) has decided that it will be taken to a veterinarian to be put down.
Staff from Christchurch City Council’s Animal Control team have today spoken to the person who is looking after the dog for its owner, who is overseas. The decision was not made at the request of the City Council.
