Britomart concourse to temporarily close
The Britomart concourse will be closed for the next three to four weeks to enable completion of the floors, lift and stairs in the concourse area.
The concourse runs from the underground train station to Queen Elizabeth Square.
Alternative access during the closure, which will avoid noise and dust problems for the public, will be through the completed ground floor of the former Chief Post Office (CPO). Public toilets at the end of the concourse (station side) will be kept open during the work.
The work is expected to be completed by the third week of November.
