Paddle Pop Lion's at Auckland Zoo with an Ancient Treasures’ Trail for you!
20 September - 5 October
If you want adventure these September holidays, paddle pop lion's got a treasure map waiting for you at Auckland Zoo that, should you accept, will take you on an exciting quest to unravel the riddles in his Ancient Treasures’ Trail!
It's an action-packed journey that will take you all around the world (to the Pacific, Africa the East, & South America) and to our Temple of Treasures (paddle pop Kidzone). You'll be amazed at the living treasures you'll discover!
Here at 11.30am and 1pm each day you can meet the famous treasure hunters and conservationists paddle pop lion and Indiana Smith - a famous archeologist who knows how to dig up fun on an expedition!
These two friendly explorers will even teach you how to be a world-class adventurer every day in your own backyard! There will be yummy treats to claim and spot prizes to be won too.
And the adventure continues…When you have completed your paddle pop Ancient Treasures Adventure Trail, be sure to bring it to the Visitor Centre to claim your 'treasure' to take home.
You can also enter our Daily Prize Draw to be in to win one of 16 treasure filled packs courtesy of Streets/paddle pop and Auckland Zoo.
Paddle pop lion will be at Auckland Zoo from 10.30 - 1.30pm each day, and Indiana Smith from 11am - 2pm each day. Two 15-minute shows (featuring paddle pop lion and Indiana Smith) will take place at the Temple of Treasures (paddle pop Kidzone) twice daily - at 11.30am and 1pm.
