Arc Rates: Another Tea Party?
The ARC chair has finally given me speaking rights at tomorrows ARC meeting.
But still no copies of the legal advice - and still no details of how many people from Rodney and North Shore have not
paid - or paid less that was demanded.
Is Gwen Bull tempting fate by inviting everyone for a cup of tea before the meeting?
Does she not recall her history - especially 1773 and the Boston Tea Party? One of the principal events which triggered
the Declaration of Independence and the American Revolution.
And that all started because of the introduction of Direct Taxation - not unlike Direct Rating.
