No Targeted Winter Aerial Operation
– Saturday 2 August 2003
There will be NO targeted winter aerial operation, against the painted apple moth, tomorrow - Saturday 2 August 2003. The operation is postponed due to forecast rain and wind.
The current operation has been on hold since Tuesday pending suitable weather conditions for an aerial operation. Over the next 24 hours the situation will be closely monitored and a status update will be given tomorrow (Saturday) as to the likelihood of an operation on Sunday 3 August.
