Public invited to Aranui Community Renewal meeting
A meeting to update the Aranui Community on the progress of the Aranui Community Renewal initiatives will be held on Wednesday 14 May at the Wainoni Aranui Family Centre, 31 Hampshire St.
The development of Wainoni Park (Hampshire St); improvements to Carisbrook Park and; plans for the Housing New Zealand Corporation redevelopment in Aldershot St will be among the projects discussed.
Lee Kelly from Christchurch City Council’s City Streets Unit will also speak at the meeting, which starts at 6pm. Everyone is welcome to come and share their views on “enhancing Aranui as a good place to live”.
Aranui Community Renewal is a partnership between the Aranui community, Christchurch City Council and Housing New Zealand Corporation.
