Linwood College students farewelled on sister city exchange
The media is cordially invited to attend tomorrow’s official farewell from deputy mayor Lesley Keast to Linwood College students, leaving on a school exchange to Christchurch’s Sister City, Christchurch England.
Mrs Keast, the 12 students, teachers and parents will gather in the Councillors Lounge, Civic Offices at 10am, tomorrow, Friday 28 March.
The students’ month in England and Europe will include time at Linwood College’s sister school, Twynham Comprehensive in Christchurch.
Linwood College organises a biennial trip to Christchurch, England. Next year it will be Twynham Comprehensive’s turn to make the return visit.
