Monday The public relations by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on both television and radio mislead the public. Foray48B (a formula protected as a trade secret) has not been used on cabbages for 35 years. Btk (used in organic agriculture) and Foray48B are not the same thing.
Tuesday The local City Councils are legally obliged to exercise their statutory obligations to protect citizens under the Health Act. There is ample evidence of ill health and nuisance caused by the spray. Another spray is imminent - the Councils should act to meet their statutory obligations.
