Get back to the 70s. Dig out some flares, groovy chains and afro style. The Pakuranga Youth Centre is holding the rage of the year for 13-18 year olds on 23 November.
Entertainment will be provided by top Auckland City DJ Dallas, along with special entertainment from the Youth Centre staff.
Centre Supervisor, Danny Lama says “This rage is to celebrate our youth. It will be a night of dancing, having fun and a laugh, and an early Christmas party for our youth.
“And although this event is in the era of the 70s, it will be a clean event - no drugs or alcohol will be permitted.”
The rage will run from 6.30-9.30 pm at the Youth Centre on Reeves Road. Entry cost is $8 reduced to $5 if you come wearing a Santa hat or Christmas ornament. There will be spot prizes and prizes for the best dressed 70s male and female.
Drinks and food will be available to be purchased. Contact the Youth Centre on 576 9739 for more information.
