A public open day will be held at the Christchurch City Council's newest rental housing complex on Sunday.
The 25-unit complex in Cecil Place, Waltham, will be open for inspection between 1pm and 5pm. The units, which range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom, are now available for renting but the official opening of the complex and its naming will be held later. The units are designed for people in the low income-asset bracket.
