More City Roads Open

More Christchurch roads affected by floodwaters were opened this afternoon.
They are Eastern Terrace, and part of Birdwood Avenue, Beckenham, and Wakefield Avenue, Sumner.
The clean up of the city continues by Christchurch City Council staff, its contractors and Orion.
Urgent work will continue over the weekend and the less important repairs will be carried out from Monday.
