Triangle Television celebrates two years on air
Triangle Television, Auckland's non-commercial television channel, celebrates two years of broadcasting on August 1.
"The station is now well established with diverse programming and a growing level of local content," says Triangle
Television CEO Jim Blackman.
"In the past year we have broadcast nearly 1000 hours of locally provided programming. There are currently 30 groups
involved with Triangle Television which are producing sports, arts, religious, musical and youth oriented programmes,"
says Mr Blackman.

furthermore the issues are being presented and discussed in mother tongue where appropriate."

live broadcasts," says Mr Blackman.
Triangle Television is a not-for-profit organisation. The channel receives no funding from NZ On Air or government. The
station's revenue comes from the sale of air time.
Triangle Television broadcasts to the Auckland region on UHF channel 41.
