20 January - Opening of The Music Factory – at the Village Pavilion The newest bar on the waterfront – live music from Kiwi and Aussie bands, New Zealand’s best indoor light show, and a hot dance floor - a whole lot of fun is guaranteed
21 January - Unveiling of keels of AmericaOne, Prada, Team NZ The last three teams reveal their boats on the Syndicate bases
25 January - Louis Vuitton Cup Finals commence
1 January - Open day Team NZ – 12.30pm
22 January - Water Safety New Zealand - Dinghy Day Its dinghy day in the Cup Village - with celebrity races, Coastguard rescue demonstrations, and sailing demonstrations by the Ponsonby Cruising Club. 11am – 3pm
29 – 30 January - An Evening with Michael Crawford The Phantom himself is in the Village for his only New Zealand performances - For Tickets phone TICKETEK 307 5000
13 February - Ulysses Motor Cycle Club Charity Ride The Ulysses Charity ride will be raising funds for the WestpacTrust Rescue Helicopter
5 – 14 February - Off Shore 2000 World Power Boat Championships The World’s top Power Boat teams compete on the Hauraki Gulf, with the teams based in the Cup Village - including a pit area and trade show that the public can visit 5 February Corvette Car Club – Open day Over 65 collectors Corvettes will be on display at the AMEX Cup Village. 11am – 5pm
16 – 17 February - The Millennium Cup - Superyacht Race Luxury Superyachts from around the world, race to Kawau Island and back
19 February - America’s Cup Finals commence
18 March - Variety Club Anniversary – 10th Birthday Bash
